As part of our turn-key solution, we offer secondary operations. IMPM has paint booths of various sizes to accommodate any size project. Binks® Spray guns are used for all secondary paint finishes. We also utilize our CNC machine for secondary operations on parts molded here or parts made elsewhere. We are a “job shop” when it comes to our secondary processes.
CNC Machining
IMPM has in-house CNC capabilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to guarantee every project is of the best quality. We employ a Fadal 40/20 CNC and utilize Mastercam programming. Our CNC is used as a “job shop.” Jobs as easy as secondary 2D machining to jobs as complex as 3D models machined from aluminum are no problem for IMPM..
Finishing Techniques
