IMPM continues to make major advancements to our injection molding capabilities. Our equipment arsenal features five presses, ranging from 40 to 450 tons, and along with the new machine additions came a bridge style gantry for loading and unloading larger tools. The plumbing running to the machines was also improved and and set-up for ideal tool temperature control. Our specific marketing focus has been on low-volume injection molding runs; since we do not limit our customers to minimum order quantities or geometry, we are a perfect solution for specialty products that can’t sacrifice features for another molders business model. While our focus is on low volume work, IMPM is more than capable of handling large-volume work and welcomes production runs of all sizes. Our shop is setup for quick turn-around and quick deliveries, often completing orders in a few weeks from the start of a project. We also welcome already fabricated tools for production runs in our presses.
